I love Fridays!!!

Today was such a pretty day outside that Mommy put me in the stroller and we went to the park. Here is me swinging.  I thought it was SO much fun to swing.  I laughed the entire time especially when Mommy pushed me.  Sorry the pic is small, but Mommy took it with her fancy phone.

Then we got back and played together.  Here is a pic of Mommy and I trying to take a pic by ourselves.  Close ups are not our best shots!

Then the phone rang and I 'crawled' to get it - Mommy, how do you work this thing?

Tonight we are going to dinner with my buddies Julia and Charlie and they are bringing their parents.  We will see if I act like a big girl or not!

Mommy is running a 10k tomorrow and promised I could go with her, but now I have to stay home with Daddy since it is going to be too cold and rainy.  Oh well, we will still have fun.  TGIF!!

Weekend with Daddy!!!

I let Mommy have the weekend off so she and Aunt Stefanie could get away and go shopping.  Of course, she only bought 2 things for herself and lots of summertime clothes for me :).  So, I got to spend the weekend with Daddy.  We did all sort of fun things together.  On Saturday we had family lunch and went to lunch with Gangi and Pop Pop, Uncle Josh, Uncle Jared, and Cousin Gracen at Memphis Pizza Cafe.  When we got back, Daddy helped me check my blog

And then eat dinner.

Today, Daddy took me to church and when I got home I was really tired, so, I took a long nap, but when I woke up, Mommy was home!  She gave me a bottle and then she put me on her shoulders and.....

Oops, I threw up in her hair.  I didn't mean to, but I was so excited to see Mommy that I couldn't help it!  Hope everyone had a good weekend like I did.  I can't wait until Mommy goes out of town again because Daddy and I had so much fun!

Day with Gangi, Gracen, & Stefanie

On Wednesday when I went to spend the day with Gangi, Aunt Stefanie and Gracen were there too, so I got to play with Gracen all day!!  It was such a pretty day outside, so Gracen and I got to go on a walk.

Then Gracen joined me and we played together while Gangi gave both of us a bath.

It was such a fun day!  Tomorrow Mommy is going shopping all day with Aunt Stefanie, so I Daddy and I are going to play together all day.  Can't wait to blog about our adventures together!

Bath with Grammie

Ok, ok, I know I have already blogged today, but wanted to show everyone pics from tonight.

Mommy had to go to the doctor today and that mean man cut on Mommy's tummy.  After the medicine wore off her tummy started hurting really bad, so Grammie came over to help me get ready for bed since Daddy was at class tonight and Mommy couldn't pick me up.  Grammie gave me a bath and look what she did to my hair!

I couldn't help but to smile :)

Mommy Tricked Me

My favorite thing to do is take off my socks.  In fact it is a game I like to play with anyone and everyone.  I take off my socks and watch to see how long it takes Mommy or whoever is watching me to notice that I have taken my socks off and then they put them one me again.  This happens all day long until they just give up and let me have my way.  I like my feet to be cold!  

Well, yesterday Mommy put hose on me.  These were a little harder to get off.  I tried....

Ok, I give up

I tried all day and finally at night I was able to get my toes to poke through.  I do not like hose, I would much rather just play the sock game!

Valentine's Day

Mommy, Daddy and I went to Pop Pop's cabin for Valentine's Day.  We had so much fun together. It was so nice to get away from Memphis, TV, etc so I could have Mommy and Daddy's undivided attention.  

Here is Java on the way to the cabin.  Java and Rylie love to come to the lake because Daddy lets them run free, so they were both really excited.

I didn't get to stay out long because it was cold and windy and I have a runny nose.  Can you tell?!? ;)

For dinner, Daddy made some chicken and steak kabobs and baked potatoes.  Mommy held me during dinner because I was grumpy and let me eat some of her potatoes.  I didn't really like them very much.

We had a lot of fun and the dogs and I slept well, so hopefully we will get to go back soon!  I can't wait until I'm older and Pop Pop takes me fishing!

Learning to Crawl

This has been a pretty crazy week for me.  Wednesday while Mommy worked, Aunt Stefanie kept me because Gangi was out of town.  Most of the day, I was good, but I do not like it when I am not the center of attention, so when Aunt Stefanie did anything for Gracen, I got all upset. Who could blame me, I'm used to being the only baby around!  Mommy says she is going to work on this so maybe Aunt Stefanie will invite me back :).   Then Aunt Stefanie cooked dinner for all of us - wow she had a busy day.  I hope she has recovered by now!

This morning, Mommy was teaching me to crawl and I did!  Well, scoot might be a better word for it.  Here are some pictures:

Time for lunch, so gotta go!  It's Valentine's Day tomorrow, so Mommy and Daddy are taking me to the lake so we can all spend the day together.  I am so excited that I get Mommy & Daddy to myself tomorrow!

Grammie's Birthday!!!

Last night Grammie came over to celebrate her birthday.  Here is her cake that TCBY made her.  We couldn't find a candle with the 1st digit of her birthday, so we tried to make it with other candles.  Can you tell what it says?  I promised not to tell anyone, but never that I won't show people how old she is.  Hehehehe.

Daddy made some yummy chicken sandwiches and I jumped in my Jump Up the entire meal so Mommy let me stay up past my bedtime.  I was tired when they started to take my picture and was too tired to smile, but here is me and Grammie.  Do you see Uncle John in the background?  He came in town to see Grammie for her birthday.  We were so glad he did.  

We got Grammie a hot pink iPod.  She is now cooler than all her friends!  

Today after church we met Grammie for lunch and I sat up in the high chair like a big girl.  Mommy forgot her camera :(  

We all had fun celebrating Grammie's birthday and hope we get to celebrate a bunch more!

My Week

I have had so much fun this week. After 4 weeks of having a cold I am FINALLY getting better!!! Here are some pictures of my week.

Tonight Grammie is coming over so we can celebrate her birthday.  I am not allowed to tell anyone which one it is, but I will give you a hint, it ends in a ZERO!!  We are all so glad that she gets to spend her special day with us and love her so much!!

Super Bowl Sunday!!

We had a fun day today.  Daddy has been out of town all week, so he gave Mommy the morning off.  So, Mommy went and ran 8 miles with her friend and when she came home, Daddy and I were playing the piano.  

Then we went to the grocery because Daddy wanted to cook chicken wings to eat while we watched the Super Bowl.  Mommy thought it would be a good idea to put a bow in my hair before we left.  

I didn't want to wear it though because I looked in the mirror and it was too big for my head. Ok, gotta go take a nap so I can watch the Super Bowl.  I have no idea who is playing ;)
